JOB DESCRIPTION
Finance& Accounting
- Prepare and review management financial reports
- Manage cash flow management, AR and AP
- Manage billing process and payment planning
- Manage and control advance payment for operational
- Manage tax compliance,
- Manage reporting to management (weekly/ monthly)
- Responsible to manage external audit management
Administration
- Manage HR and GA matters
- Manage HR multi company (currently 4 companies)
- Manage compliance with regulatory bodies
- Ensure corporate insurance, certification, permit, and licenses renewal
- Oversee office administration and corporate secretarial matters
QUALIFICATION :
- Age above 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Master Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Management
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, in service company (logistic/forwarding preferable)
- Strong administration and Financial background
- Understand the accounting system, and able to make financial reports (budgeting, cash flow and variance analysis)
- Thorough, detailed, usually work with deadlines
- Having knowledge of Tax Regulation in Indonesia
- Experienced in Funding and Credit Bank issues
- Having knowledge of Export/Import process
- Experienced in Human Resource issues
- Good computer literacy
