Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies.
To ensure all accounting process and procedures is running properly in accordance with accounting standards
Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to operation and financial problems.
Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, COGS, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
Advise business leaders about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecast.

Job Requirements to be a Finance Business Partner Manager:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Management/ Engineering/ Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Business Modelling, Market Research Analysis, Business Planning, Business Analysis, Risk Management, Stakeholder Relations & Negotiation Skill.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience as a Manager / Assistant Manager Finance Business Partner is required for this position.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the logistic industry is required for this position.
