An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced and dynamic Finance Executive in Indonesia. You will work closely with newly formed joint venture between Toll Group and PT Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records and follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
Perform account reconciliations and monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Maintain up-to-date billing system
Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
Generate and send out invoices
Input of journals in the correct general ledger account to ensure accurate financial reports
Check the invoices and supporting documents in accordance to the finance policy
Ensure correct tax calculation and no delay in monthly tax reports
Job Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as Finance Executive
Good communication skill, attention to details and data accuracy
Good understanding of both verbal and written English
Having experience in logistic and forwarding industry is preferable
