GENERAL INFORMATION :
Work Location   : Central Jakarta Indonesia
 
JOB SUMMARY :
Ensure that the company's financial management runs smoothly and meets the proper management principles (includes managing daily transactions, shipping and non-shipping cash inflows and dealing with banks to ensure that the transactions run well)
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITY :
  1. Analyzing the weekly cash flow report and analyzing the non-operating cash flow realization
  2. Conduct an analysis of the realization of cash flow and cash flow projection either monthly or annually
  3. Responsible for negotiating with third parties (banks or money changers) for Forex transactions (Foreign Exchange)
  4. Responsible for directly conducting transactions with the bank if related transactions with nominal in large quantities
  5. Conduct an analysis of the results of the calculation of the realization of the incoming revenue from each ship / vessel
  6. Providing solutions related to problems that arise in the finance department, especially related to daily transactions and any urgent payment transactions
  7. Ensure that SOPs related to the finance department can be applied properly
  8. Managing existing Manpower in the finance department in order to be able to make optimal contributions to the company
 
REQUIREMENTS :
  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  2. Minimum 5 years experience as a finance manager or position relevant to the job offered
  3. Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
  4. Mastering Finance management, forecast and macro economy
  5. Discipline, honest and have integrity and good leadership
