Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Descriptions :
  • Report account payable for periodically
  • Responsible to do bank payment process
  • Bookkeeping accounting and review for reimbursement
  • Preparing tax administration and bank reconcilliation
  • Do all administration for account payable needed
  • prepare and issue payments
  • Check incoming cash in bank for all banks
  • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording account receivable's data
  • Prepare bills and invoices
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
  • Generate financial statements and reports detailing account receivable status
       
Qualifications :
  • Maximum age 27 years old
  • Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting/Finance/Economics or equivalent is required with a minimun GPA of 3.00
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • Strong computer skills and able to work using Ms. Word and Ms. Excel (vlookup, index, match, pivot, etc)
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Able to work in a fast paced and multi-tasking environment
  • Have strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects, and able to work overtime if required
  • Have a experience in accounting software especially Accurate Software
  • Candidate should be willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
