This role will directly report to CFO and will be responsible for financial analysis and business strategies of the whole company.
Client Details
Our client is one of the fastest growing logisticscompany that has a premium brand in the industry. Consequently, they are looking to bring on board a dynamic FP&A Manager who can assist the business at a time of rapid growth and make a key contribution to the business.

Description

o Identify trends and provides insights to the Management and Sales Team Members for the motivation and
  encouragement of Business Leaders to grow their organization and profitability.
o Constructing weekly and monthly internal reports, with detailed commentary around commercial implications
o Development of Financial Analyst and Models, Budgeting Plan & Financial forecasting
o Value Chain analysis and suggestion to management for improving the margin analysis. Also, handling pricing
  analysis.
o Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting
o Obtain & provide clarity when numbers are off trend and work with the team regarding to the P&L or any
  strategies related to cost efficiency

Profile

o Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)
o At least 7 years of working experience in Financial Planning Analyst role or at similar capacity. Past experience
  in Corporate Advisory or Audit with big consulting firm is an added advantage
o Strong understanding and analytical skill of business acumen
o Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build
  cross discipline relationships
o High level of ethics and integrity
o Advance Microsoft Office Skill, strong at pivot table and vlookup
