Responsibilities :
 
  • Responsible for Running a company’s fleet of vehicles
  • Responsible to Deal with day-to-day operation of the fleet
  • Scheduling Service, repair programs and maintenance histories
  • Ensuring the security of the vehicles when not in use
  • Coordinating the replacement of existing fleets
  • Oversee fleet maintenance
  • Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local and state rules and regulations
  • Maintain and monitor data management system to organize fleet as per various schedules and requests
  • Work Allocation – Plan and organize the maintenance of all company vehicles, ensuring that service and inspection intervals are adhered to
 
Requirements:
 
  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Machine or Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience in similar field
  • Have a basic understanding of vehicle systems and technology.
  • Experience in creating and establishing fleet policies and procedures
  • Having knowledge of Principles and practices of fleet management.
  • Having ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusion
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Computer skill competency in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook
