JOB DESCRIPTION :
To provide support, assistance, and administration work for logistic formalities and cargo expediting.
 
Detail tasks are as follows :
  • Create and prepare all letter, document and form related with logistic formalities (RKBI, RIB, ARS, etc)
  • Input the data on logistic formalities online system such as SIPRS, SIRIB, So Fast, INATRADE, etc.
  • Advise on correct HS code and KIMAP fo all catalog item in Company's ERP system.
  • Generate periodic report for logistic formalities and expediting activities.
  • Expedite the end-to-end process in masterlist and cargo clearance.
  • Monitor the PO delivery and vendor performance through data reporting and analysis.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s) : Familiar with Importation Regulation in Indonesia
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
