Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Descriptions:
  • Manage and oversee Shipping Logistics with suppliers and forwarders to ensure cost for freight, loading and unloading and storage within company budget
  • Handling custom and export compliance management
  • Management of inbound, outbound and domestic processes
  • Review import/export entry and duty calculation as well as detailed declaration
  • Participate in freight rates negotiations and set up freight contracts
  • Update customs and other relevant regulations regularly to ensure smooth operations with minimize impact/penalty
  • Support all necessary customs activities according to business requirement
                                                                                                                                                 
Requirements:
  • Dicipline with high integrity
  • Master Degree with minimum GPA 3,00 (Logistics/transportation area would be an advantage)
  • Min 5 experience in freight ad custom, additional training in specialized area such as international customs, export control regimes are needed
  • Excellent communication skills, strategic planning skills, strong critical thinking and problem solving
  • Customer and team oriented

A Company of Agung Concern Group wich focused on warehouse management services. We’re ready to accommodate various goods of export and import shipment by providing special warehouse on land.
 
Starting our business since 1963 at Tanjung Priok and transformed into a giant warehouse service provider with a total area of ??4.0 Ha and supported by more than 500 experienced human resources. We are also one of two large private companies that have their own warehousing in Tanjung Priok area.
 
Now, we  providing adequate services consistently and become a cooperative partner for our customer. We obtained ISO 9001 certification from URS, UKAS Management System since 2006.
 
Our services 
1. Less Container Loads (LCL)
Equipped with full racking able to accommodate more than 4,300 pallets of cargo at a time with 7 days' dualing time. This service equipped with a web tracking system realtime at www.agungwarehouse.co.id
2. Full Container Loads (FCL)
Consists of two main locations, Pos 8 with an area of ??8,128 m2 which can accommodate 474 TEU'S and Post 1 of 15,000 m2 which can accommodate 2,300 TEU'S. Two Reach Stackers are available to support the loading and unloading activities of full container.
3. Local Warehouse
Located in the Marunda region with an area of ??6,000 m2 where our customer can managed their goods.
4. Trucking Services
Facilitating all land transportation moda (Truck, Box and Trailer)
