Deskripsi Pekerjaan

One of developed German logistics seeking any strong candidates in forwarding industry :      
                                                                                                                                          
  1. Job Responsibilities:             
  • Monitoring, Coordinate & communicate professionally with clients, Operation, truck drivers & consignees
  • Implement proactive action and service to secure existing customers and cultivate potential business
  • Perform data entry, data updates, filing regularly
  • Prepare Invoices & various reports
  • Update day to day communication on shipment status
  • Prepare & arrange Schedules for truck drivers
    2.  Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or above , minimum 2 years expierience in the freight forwarding industry (international company from advantage)
  • Eager to learn and being motivative in forwarding indtrustry
  • Candidate with experience in Air and Sea Import arrangement is a must
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills as well as accurate typing skill
  • Fluent Indonesia, good command of written & spoken English
  • Good PC literacy such as Word, Excel
  • Pleasant, mature, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, detailed mind and willing to learn
  • Ability to cope with high volume of email communication and ensuring all inquiries are properly followed on a timely basis
  • Work Locations: Surabaya City Center
