  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Required Skill(s): Javascript, Vue.js, Nuxt.js BABEL, WEBPACK, GIT, ENGL, FRONTEND
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

    You’re in your 20s or early 30s with experience as a frontend engineer in an early-stage and/or growth-stage companies. You may have worked as a freelancer for a while or part of a software development house. Most importantly, you value engineering craftsmanship delivered through your favourite(s) programming language(s). Your attitude is that of a go-getter and you do not stop until its done. As part of a crew, you work as a team member who can contribute to everyone’s development. Last but not least, you are an efficient writer who is highly capable of delivering a clean and well-documented piece of software in Javascript.

    Jobs To Be Done
    You will develop the frontend (that’s the job) for either a feature or a sub-feature, maybe both, that will make it booking air cargo 100x faster and easier. You will also be developing state of the art comparison functionality to incentive users to make a prompt purchase, reduce their decision making effort and overall, improve conversion rate. You will create an efficient search engine for cargo freight to wow our users. 
     
    Must-Have: 
  • Built professionally with Javascript and its ES6+ syntax & features; 
  • Coded in Vue.js framework and its core principles such as components, virtual DOM and reactivity; 
  • Written in React, Nuxt.js or Next.js for professional/hobby projects; 
  • Worked with development tools like Babel, Webpack and Git; 
  •  
    Should-Have:
  • Familiarity with the Vue.js ecosystem, including Vuex, Vue Router, and Nuxt.js;
  • A working understanding of HTML5 and CSS3;
  • An understanding of server-side rendering, its benefits and its use cases;
  • Some working experience with both consuming and designing RESTful APIs;
  •  
    Could-Have:  
  • Tinkered with Typescript;
  • Experimented with Storybook;
  • A general understanding of CI/CD; 
  • A general understanding of PM2.
  •  
    Customer Interaction & Structure
    You will work with both the lead engineer and product manager (one of the co-founders) in a combination of weekly product planning and review meetings as well as daily standups. Your degree of autonomy will be high and you will be exposed to the target users whenever required. It is a flat company structure (we’re super early-stage) and your potential for growth might be very big. 
     
    This position is work from anywhere (in Indonesia). The candidate would ideally be physically based in Bandung.
