Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description
  • Monitoring all purchase both for warehouse and office supply by RF and PO.        
  • Communicate with vendor for any purchase/procurement 
  • Check completeness of invoice from supplier      
  • Monitoring of employee transportation    
  • Monitoring vendors license and Agreement (Electric; contractor; forklift; etc)          
  • Analyze expenses based on monthly usage and report to all division.       
  • Vendor evaluation and make a evaluation report  
  • Fixed asset physical inventory    
  • Arrange company event (if any)  
  • All insurance monitoring
General Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or other related field
  • At least 3 years working experience in Purchasing/Sourcing
  • Negotiation skill, comparison and selection Skill
  • High responsibilty and able to work under preasure and tight deadline
  • Honestly trustworthy
  • Multi-tasking and scheduling management
  • Effective communication and service mind
  • Fluent English, both oral & written.
  • Having experience at Warehousing Business will be an advantage.
  • Computer literate.
  • Willing to work in Cibitung Area
