Requirements :
- Min bachelor degree in Law/ Psychology/ HR Management from reputable university
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience in HR Supervisory level
- Have a strong knowledge of :
- Recruitment process,
- Manpower regulations,
- Health insurance,
- Income Tax, e-SPT
- BPJS Kesehatan (e-DABU)
- BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SIPP)
- Proactive, self motivated & detail oriented
- Can work as a team & individual
- Computer literate (MS. Word, excel, power point, internet & email)
- Good in English (oral & written)
- Pleasant personality & attitude
