Requirements :
 
  • Min bachelor degree in Law/ Psychology/ HR Management from reputable university
  • Min 3 years of relevant working experience in HR Supervisory level
  • Have a strong knowledge of :
    1. Recruitment process,
    2. Manpower regulations,
    3. Health insurance,
    4. Income Tax, e-SPT
    5. BPJS Kesehatan (e-DABU)
    6. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SIPP)
  • Proactive, self motivated & detail oriented
  • Can work as a team & individual
  • Computer literate (MS. Word, excel, power point, internet & email)
  • Good in English (oral & written)
  • Pleasant personality & attitude
