With requirements as follow :
  • min. 35 years old
  • D3/S1 degree
  • Excellent knowledge in General Affairs
  • Experience in managing & control internal GA administration
  • High level of honesty, integrity and accountability
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Possess strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by higher Management
  • Problem solving skills, dynamic, result oriented, mature and committed finish the task
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the same field.
  • Job location in Cibitung, Bekasi
Role of position are :
  • Supervise and provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentation
  • General Affairs; ensuring & monitoring all GA documents in accordance with our Corporate Policy as required, Monitoring & controlling Corporate GA Contracts, Documents, Permits.
  • Internal Control and Corporate Governance; Preparing, controlling and monitoring all regulation related to GA matters and ensuring that all related procedure running in accordance with the Company’s Regulation and Company Internal Control policy.
  • Stationery and Company’s Car; monitoring and controlling proper stock of stationeries, kitchen needs, company’s car including manage day to day driver activities
  • Company’s Fix Assets; Controlling, monitoring and securing all related office assets and ensuring some important assets covering by insurance.
  • Office Facilities and Building Maintenance; Monitoring and controlling office and building maintenance and coordinating to the Management of Building in order to keep the facilities and building properly.
  • Expense Management; controlling and monitoring cost efficiency related to expense management.
  • Monitoring & controlling all operational and administration process running well
