The position of Gateway Airport supervisor will be covering key of responsibilities as follows:
Administration/Compliance
- As to prepare, control, update, and distribute all required documents regarding consolidation and de-consolidation at gateway level complying with regulations and internal procedures.
- Compliance fulfillment in regards to reporting/supporting documents with high accuracy of time and integrity to higher-level/superior.
Internal Operations Management
- Calculate weight, volume, or cost of goods to be transported. Weight or measure materials, equipment, or products to maintain relevant records, using volume meters, scales, rules, or calipers.
- Mandatory daily correspondence with Ops and Reservation Team.
- Train and advise team in areas of regulation and airport services.
- Resolve issues respective to meeting requirements for transit times and data input - inquiries related to tracking & tracing resolve billing discrepancies and discrepancies against standard of procedures.
Airport/Operations Management
- Support operation, reservation, airport team in optimization of cargo consolidation.
- Communicate with ops team, reservation team, airlines to exchange information regarding products, materials, and services.
- Coordinately updating airport service, shipping, and cargo regulation and term.
- Escalate any unresolved issues or risks to Airport Manager.
Reporting to: Airfreight Manager/Airfreight Assistant Manager
Work Placement: CKG/HLP
Requirements:
- Have more than 1 year experience prior in airport gateway as Supervisor or 2+ years as staff.
- Proven track record of leading or coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Hold minimum bachelor degree's in airline operation, airport management, operation management, logistic, or engineering.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a logical/systematical-thinking.
- Continuously updating information regarding with airport and related regulations.
