DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for handling general affairs and office management, e.g. photocopy machine, printer, electricity, water, AC, pantry, snacks.
  • Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies
  • Record keeping of office assets (e.g. workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels etc.)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (e.g. hotel reservation, transport/taxi etc.)
 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, management, or any related field
  • Maximum age: 30 years old
  • Minimal one year experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Familiar with General Affairs function, especially in General Office and Administration Function, especially in general office and administration function
  • Excellent in excel and data organization, detail oriented, administration skill, hard worker and self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal & communication skill
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Willing to be placed in PIK, north Jakarta
