This position will be responsible for managing company’s assets and inventory from stationery, vehicles, and buildings.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
    • Managing drivers and vehicles according user’s request
    • Supervising 3 subordinates that responsible for ensuring office hygiene, office supplies, and building maintenance (including office seating arrangement)
    • Ensuring all GA related requests are fulfilled
    • Ensuring procurement flow at the GA squad meets the standard operation procedure (SOP)
    • Create a GA monthly expenses report
     
QUALIFICATIONS
    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma’s Degree in any major
    • Experienced at least 2 years as General Affair Supervisor / General Affair Senior Officer / Facility Coordinator / Office Manager
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team without close supervision
    • Planning and organization skill
    • Ability to multitask and be highly organized
    • Strong organizational skills with a problem solving attitude
