Requirement :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English, Mandarin
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Freight consolidation knowledge , Good coporate management skills . 
  • Preferably GM/Senior Manager specialized in freight consolidation businees or equivalent.
  • MUST be well verse in Freight consolidator industry
  • Candidates with active customer data base will be given priority for shortlisting after interview 
Responsibility :
  • To set up the team from operations, customer service and sales .
  • Provide effective leadership and actively manage day by day business
  • Formulate viable product development and freight operation plans by establishing policies, procedures and best practices to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Proactive review market requirement
  • Build product and solution to meet the current and potential needs of the customers.
  • Identifying business opportunities and areas of improvements
  • Upgrade volume shipment as well as upgrade Revenue and Gross Profit
  • Create the right KPI, Review and Evaluate team performance regular per quarter
  • Responsible for team performance and yearly budgeting 
  • Reporting to CEO
