  • To achieve responsibility for the company's human resources strategy, to ensure it is aligned to business objectives
  • Support BOD to achieve company's target by creating conducive working environments by creating employee productivity
  • To reorganize human resources function / Division in administration, procedure, HRIS and Employee and Industrial Relation
  • To ensure organization development & personnel management activities run well in accordance with company policy & HRM procedure
  • To create action plans with budget commitment every beginning of every year
