Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Graphic Design, animation, illustration, adobe photoshop, adobe illustration
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
Job Description & Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
Create visual marketing assets from scratch while meeting deadlines:
Campaign Visuals, Decks, Brochures, Ads, Presentations, Infographics, Posters, Banners,
Design Marketing Campaigns for upcoming products (Packaging, In-Store Displays, Digital Marketing Posts)
Manage the company branding
Manage photography and video production programs
Organize and manage all visual assets
Use project management and team communication tools to organize and manage tasks
Ensure quality of all digital and printed materials and manage vendor relationships
Qualification and Requirements
Strong educational background in the field of communication design, graphic design, or similar OR highly skilled autodidact with a strong portfolio and proven track record
Professional English skills — must be able to explain sophisticated concepts
Excellent drawing skills — strong on paper, Wacom is a plus
Excellent conceptional skills — design outside-the-box ideas from scratch
Excellent communication skills — able to visually communicate ideas and brand story
Excellent organization skills — must have good design workflows and passion for asset management
Excellent in Adobe Illustrator/illustration
Excellent in Adobe InDesign / Layouting
Excellent in Adobe Photoshop 
Experience with Adobe Lightroom is a plus
