Job responsibilities :
  • Ensure recapitulation and examination of employee attendance data is carried out regularly.
  • Managing all GA activities and facilities maintenance both office and guesthouse, and make sure that activities are executed properly as planned.
  • Managing utilization of Receptionist, Driver, Security, and Cleaning Service personnels.
  • Monitoring all employee business travel needs , office supplies, workstation, operational vehicle,  and claim/bill payments.
  • Ensuring all building maintenance, construction, and safety matters are carried out according to plan and in accordance with established standards.
  • Responsible for continuos improvement on HC Operation & GA function.
Requirements : 
  • At least bachelor degree from any major.
  • At least 8 years of working experience in GA Area and 2 years as GA manager.
  • Have experience handling OB, security, and receptionist, and office asset management.
  • Good understanding about office / building safety management & regulation implementation.
  • Good analytical thinking, negotiation, and proactive person.
  • Placement : Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
