Job Descriptions :
  • Manage the process of accounting, finance, cash flow, and taxation.
  • Manage the day-to-day finance operations.
  • Provide timely, relevant and accurate analysis of monthly results to facilitate decision-making by management.
  • Report financial status by preparing and analyzing financial plans, forecasts and actual performance reports
  • Analysis of financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions
  • Introduction and implementation of cost saving initiatives which will impact the bottom line of the business.
  • Ensure controls are in place at the operations and in accordance to company policy and corporate governance.
  • Coordinate and work with other controllers and responsible to the Directors.
  • Handle year end audit, prepare audited financial statements, year-end audit package and liaise with auditors.
  • Lead and responsible in completing the annual budgetary and forecasting process, working closely with other functional department heads.
 
Job Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in  Accountancy, Finance, Tax or equivalent.
  • At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager/ Assistant Manager specialized in Accounting, Finance, Tax - General/ Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Max 40 years old.
  • Proficient in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Financial, Accounting & Tax Software Systems (Jurnal.id), Power Point and Outlook.
  • Have strong knowledge in Finance, Accounting & Tax procedure and reporting.
  • Have strong knowledge in Indonesian Taxation.
  • Able to prepare monthly Financial Reporting, General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Report
  • Able to perform analytical review on monthly Financial Report.
  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good Leadership and Management skill.
