Description
 
As the Head of Business, you will be responsible in leading the business to support the growth. Other responsibilities include:
  • Spearhead the business, including establishing strategy, analytic, and other support functions to grow the business
  • Strategize and execute entire road-map to expand the business
  • Review and improve on organizational effectiveness by developing processes, employees, and establishing highly motivated work environment
  • Constantly devise and recommend market disrupting strategies backed with market research and competition analysis
Profile
 
This opportunity opens for Indonesians who have experience in leading and scaling up business, with strong business acumen. To seize this opportunity you should be/have:
  • Experience in general management - overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Defining and measuring performance goals
  • Responsible and manage the profitability of the business
  • Strong communication skills, both in Bahasa and English
  • A data-driven leader, problem solver, and systematic-thinker
