What you will have to do:
  1. Create and implement SMM strategy focusing on brand awareness and client's acquisition on Facebook, Instagram.
  2. Analyze local market, discover our strengths & weaknesses, shape social brand communication guidelines. 
  3. Provide on time, high quality content for SMM
  4. Explore new channels and tools. Always looking for the new and trendy. You will need to look for all hypes and trends.
  5. Work with influencers.
  6. Provide community management throughout the channels of the SMM Mix
  7. Coordinate SMM actions with the rest of departments
  8. Experiment, analyze results, reinvent, relaunch, gather data, experiment again.
  9. Cooperate with global marketing team SMM.
 
Required Experience
  1. Passionate about social media
  2. Hands-on 1-2 years experience writing and implementing social media strategies with a mix of channels.
  3. In depth knowledge of Facebook and Instagram social networks.
  4. Hands on community management experience on Facebook and Instagram
  5. Knowledge of influencers market and tools to work with it
  6. Good analytical skills and knowledge of Google.Analytics. 
  7. Coordination of content creation. Knowledge of graphic and video creation tools is a plus
  8. Developed sense of visual taste based on local industry references
  9. Clear written english is a must
