Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Scope of Job:
  • Ensuring custom administration of exim administration are well maintained.
  • Ensuring the compliance of custom related activity to procedures and regulation to have on time delivery.
  • Ensuring custom documentation are well maintained.
  • Ensuring authorized of signing the incoming-outcoming customs permit document.
  • Ensuring all cargoes received well in consignee hand.
  • Ensuring all cargoes delivered well from Shipper.
Requirements:
  • PPJK Certified
  • At least 3-5 years experiences in export & import activity.
  • Having good knowledge: logistic, custom (must have PPJK Certificate), export-import, ocean/sea shipment (freighment & clearance), container guarantee & demmurage calculation, computer literate, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001.
  • Planning organizing, able to analyze and use sound judgement, coordination, work efficiently, negotiation, leveraging network, business process understanding, good in leadership (developing others and team leadership).
  • Fluent in English both oral & written.
