Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Head of HR & GA is responsible for all areas relating to HR & GA Activities including to provide advice, assistance and follow up on company policies, procedures and documentation
 
JOBDESC:
  • Personnel Administration (Attendance, Annual Leave, Permit, Warning Letter, etc)
  • MPP (Analyse, screening, selecting, test and interview candidate)
  • Compensation & Benefit (Monitoring BPJS, daily allowance, make payroll calculation, overtime, etc)
  • Manage and Supervise the company Policies (Attendance, Warning Letter, recruitment, etc)
  • Monitor Problem and issues and promptly reporting to General Manager & HRGA Manager (HO)
  • Manage and supervise in the usage of company’s inventory & assets
  • Responsible for General Affiar (Security, Building Maintenance, Transportation, Asset, Legal Document, etc)
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. At least 3 years experience in the same position
  2. Kapuas placement
  3. Able to work under pressure and timeline
  4. Detailed oriented
  5. Microsoft Office
  6. Good Communication and negotiation skills
