Job Description :
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Resolve any risking problems or complaints
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
- Comply with law, regulations and ISO requirments
- Coordinate with sales and marketing team on sales related activities
 
Requirements :
- Min 5 years proven experience in operation management, business administration, and related field.
- Good data analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good leadership and possess good communication skill to build/maintain relationship both internally and externally.
