Scoop of Works:
  • Ensuring daily vessel operation activities at branch are well-performed.
  • Ensuring coordination with Principal, third party and related institution  are well-established.
  • Organizing and monitoring operation staff in handling vessel and preparing List of Disbursement.
  • Monitoring vessel movement every day and updating Daily Report.
  • Controlling efficiency of vessel arrangement cost used by Operation.
  • Organizing operational and administration activities day-to-day.
  • Negotiating agency fee tariff with Principal.
  • Approving issuance of operation cost of vessel services.
  • Controlling cash-in from Principal and cash-out to Sub Agent for vessel operational.
  • Controlling vessel movement to Principal.
  • Seeking for intelligence marketing information for the purpose of business development at branch.
  • Building and maintaining relationship with customers and/or related parties.
  • Managing work distribution inside the team.
  • Carrying out coaching to improve staff performance.
  • Setting a challenging working target for staff and review it periodically.
  • Recognizing team SWOT and propose necessary development for each staff.
  • Proposing performance appraisal of team member.
  • Conducting interview for staff recruitment for branch.
  • Preparing cash advance for arriving vessel arrangement.
  • Preparing voucher out for every vessel to settle the cash advance.
  • Preparing Estimation Port Disbursement Advance (EPDA) for direct vessel agency.
Requirements:
  • At least Diploma, or Bachelor Degree in any field (KALK/KPN will be an advantage).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Required Skill(s): Shipping, Customs/export-import, Agency Management, Computer literate.
  • Striving for achievement, customer service oriented, interpersonal relationship and proactive for continuous improvement.
  • Good on analyze issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, coordination, work efficiently, negotiation, leveraging network, business process understanding, able to develop others and has team leadership.
  • Proficiency in English both oral and written.
  • Able to join immediately.
