This role will be responsible to help the business to grow especially in terms of transport network capacity, as well as be in charge for the continuous improvement regarding to performance and service level.
 
Client Details
 
Our client is a multinational company who is currently recruiting for Head of Transport role to help and support the company's growth.
 
Description
  • Responsible to support for the growth of the business especially in terms of transport network capacity (eg., B2C - First Mile, Linehaul, and Last Mile).
  • In charge for the continuous improvement regarding to performance and service level.
  • Understand the company's business model and needs.
  • Find mutual strategy for both the company and delivery partners.
  • Work closely with other divisions, such as Fulfillment, Finance, etc.
  • Ensure efficient and effective 3PL operations and other operational processes.
  • Create SOP for the team.
  • Able to lead and develop a strong team.
Profile
  • Bachelor degree in Logistics, Finance, Business Management, Accounting, and other relevant subjects.
  • At least 15 years of professional working experiences in Logistics, Finance Operations, and Transport.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to negotiate and influence with 3PL management.
  • Great leadership skills.
  • Understand about product and technology.
  • Fluent in English (Oral and Written).
