Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Management Trainee Program is a 9-month intensive program that will provide high potentials the opportunity to have hands on experience on critical aspects of businesses, comprehensive training program and exposure to senior management. Upon completion of the  intensive 9-month program, the high potentials will experience continuous fast track program until reaching their highest potentials up to senior management level. 
 
Qualifications :
  1. Maximum 25 years old and must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent with minimum GPA 3.00. (overseas graduates preferably)
  2. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin will be an advantage
  3. Maximum 2 Years of working experience in related field is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  4. Required Skill(s): Leadership, Management, Communication, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Business Analyst.
  5. Demonstrate leadership potential and team work spirit.
  6. Willing to learn with high pressure, comfortable with rapid changes, excellence communication and presentation ability.
  7. Passionate and agile with start-up life.
  8. Has strong interest and passionate in building career as future business leader.
  9. Willing to be relocated across Indonesia.
  10. Join immediately, full time position(s) available.
