We are looking for candidates of HR & Admin Executive cum Receptionist who will ;
  • To assist HR & Admin Manager in running HR & Admin function including but not limited to Recruitment and Selection, Organizational Development and Employee Relation.
  • In charge of office general affair, such as maintenance of office facilities, purchase of stationery and pantry
  • In Charge of reception matters, to answer calls, manage visitors and customers, receive and deliver office mail.
  • In charge of flight, transportation and accommodation arrangement (for employee) and assist in event planning;
  • Maintain and report the Staff Absence Record, Staff Leave record.
  • Monitor and renew all company legal formal documents and insurance of all employees & Crew families
  • Purchase and record office stationary, Office consumable
Minimum Requirement;
  1. Maximum 24 years old.
  2. Able to speak Mandarin is advantage.
  3. Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
  4. Minimum possess a Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
  5. Minimum 2 years of experiences in the same role. (HR/HRD/HC/HRM/P&O)
  6. Good in service procedure (receiving guest) and telephone handling.
  7. Good in communication, interpersonal skill, & able to work as a team.
  8. Capable in MS. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
