Establish the Company Policy and Regulation base on the guidance for Global/Regional HR and adjust the implementation according local practice.
Manage the HR Operation activities: Recruitment, Compensation Benefit, Industrial Relation, Organisation Development, Performance Management, Training & Development and General Affairs.
Prepare Reporting: monthly report, quarterly meeting and adjustment to organisation chart.
Prepare budget for HR and Administration (HC budget and General Administration cost) base on the budget guidance.
Drive the Performance Management cycle calibrate performance of employees with HODs.
Coordinate with the departement manager on organisation development & restructuring (Organisation review and Job Evaluation).
Review and recommend salary proposals to Management for approval.
Manage the Industrial relation base on the labor regulation in Indonesia (handle issue relate to employee matters)
As a learning coordinator to control the implementation of Learning management system base on Head Quarter guidance.
Coordinate all Admin related activities (e.g. reception, travel accommodations, facilities, cleaning, stationery, building lease and maintenance).
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent
Required language(s): English
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in HR Management with the same position
Required Skill(s): leadership, people management, compensation and benefit, recruitment, people development, training, Change Management
Knowledge of Labor Law, HR Management
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
