Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab
  • Membantu proses rekrutmen bagian operasional seperti Fleet, Warehouse, Admin, dll
  • Melakukan orientasi karyawan terhadap karyawan baru
  • Membuat kontrak kerja karyawan serta memperbaharui masa berlaku kontrak kerja.
  • Mengelola kompensasi dan program tunjangan untuk semua Tenaga Kerja di daerah
  • Membantu dan menyelesaikan masalah karyawan yang timbul
  • Mempromosi dan melaksanakan strategi HR
  • Menyimpan file, mencatat, dan memastikan database karyawan secara benar dan tepat
  • Memastikan semua proses ketengakerjaan sesuai dengan UU dan Peraturan Karyawan 
Kualifikasi :
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai HR generalis
  • Pendidikan terakhir sarjana hukum
  • Memahami UU ketenagakerjaan & Peraturan HR
  • Berpengalaman dalam menggunakan HRIS, Mircrosoft 
  • Detail, baik dalam problem solving, dan baik berkomunikasi dengan siapapun 
  • Dapat bekerja dengan lingkungan yang dinamis
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik kesemua karyawan termasuk blue-collar
