Job Descriptions:
  • To develop work plans and budgets from HR policies and systems that have been determined.
  • To direct, analyze and manage remuneration practices and procedures.
  • To coordinate and control the preparation and implementation of training and development programs.
  • To develop a performance management system, and coordinate and control the implementation of the performance management cycle.
  • To plan workforce needs in accordance with organizational development.
  • To handling employee complaints and issues that occur.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferebaly majoring Human Resource/Management
  • Having experiences more than 5 years in the related field
  • Experience as HR in freight forwarding/logistics company is required.
  • Excellent in English both speaking or written
  • Excellent in Ms. Excel
  • Have an excellence leadership
  • Good attitude and confidence
  • Willing to mobile to site/branch
  • Able to join as soon as possible
  • Placement: Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta
