Job Description:
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure right talent is in place for the organization.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to employee
  • Participate in special human resource projects as business dictates
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, increase productivity and enhance retention
  • In partnership with other labour /employee relations experts as appropriate, (internal or external Legal and/or HR), manage and resolve both complex and day-to-day employee relations issues
  • Provides both strategic and day to day performance management guidance to line management; engages, as appropriate, in similar conversations with individual employees, inclusive of coaching, counselling, career development, and disciplinary conversations
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, or other related.
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience as HR is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor to Executive level specialized in Logistic, Manufacture, retailcompany
  • Experience in handling Recruitment, Training, Industrial Relation, and HR Administration.
  • Have experience in profiling candidate for recruitment process using psychological tools.
  • Have a good knowledge in Labor Law is a must.
  • Required skill : Excel spreadsheet, Ms. Power point, etc.
  • Able to work in dynamic and fast paced environment.
