Responsibilities

Job Description:

  1. To provide end to end business partnering for a business group or a number of business groups at a country, regional or global level

  2. Partners with leader and leadership teams to identify business goals and priorities and translating into clear plans, with specific responsibility for identifying the appropriate people and talent strategies as part of the overall plan

  3. Accountable of total HR Service for specific business area, working with Centre of Excellence to deliver aligned pragmatic HR Solutions

  4. Translates strategic talent priorities into integrated talent plan appropriate for the business area, aligned and consistent with global talent approach

  5. Provides expertise to drive employee engagement/culture plans

Requirements

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degree from reputable university with any discipline

  2. Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist having good experience in Industrial Relations

  3. Strong organization skills, able to handle multiple jobs with attention to details

  4. Excellent communicator, both written and oral

  5. Good command in English both verbal and written

  6. Deep knowledge of the business area

  7. Available to be assigned in Surabaya, East Java
