  1. Identify training needs (TNA) through gap between required competency, company goals, and responsibilities/employee performances for vessel crew.
  2. Develop training & development program for all level.
  3. Deliver training materials to vessel crew.
  4. Implement effective, efficient, and creative training methods, both for soft & technical competencies.
  5. Evaluate each employee performance to ensure the training is carried out in accordance company needs.
  6. Evaluate and developing training methods and materials continuosly.
Requirements :
  1. Min. bachelor degree from any major.
  2. At least 5 years experience as trainer (preferably from shipping/logistic/mining or equivalent).
  3. Good understanding how to create and implementing training module.
  4. Proactive & good interpersonal skill.
  5. Good analytical & creative thinking.
