QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Maximum 24 years old
  • Minimum Diploma (DIII/ S1) graduates, any majoring
  • Good looking and good voice
  • Minimum 1 years in same position preferable HR & GA at Freight Forwarding
  • Having computer skill (Ms. Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet)
  • Familiar with telecommunication tools
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Good personality, honest, able to work under pressure, self-motivated and result oriented, having a good team-work spirit
 
RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls (including International calls), greeting and escort guest, manage available room to be used, etc
  • Perform Administration duties (support office administration activities, letter distributions delivery, etc)
  • Maintain a sufficient record of office supplies (Pantry and Stationery)
  • Checking stock & distribution of ATK and create a Purchase Order (PO)
  • Receiving, recording documents and letter with receipt by the company
  • Entering & update new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts, hand phone
  • number, tax identification numbers) into HR system
  • Input weekly and monthly absence to HR system
  • Collecting and checking all of claim insurance for employee
  • Register, update and calculate employee data for BPJS (health)
  • Checking weekly reports messenger
  • Checking cleanliness all of room at office coordinate with officeboy
  • Assist for HR Supervisor duties
