Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent in Ms. Office is a must and has a strong administration.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Good Communication, Detail Matters.
  • Preferably Staff specialized in General HR, General Work (Housekeeper, Driver, Dispatch, Messenger, etc) or equivalent.
Job Descriptions:
  • Responsible for administrative tasks such as archiving, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc;
  • Manage travel arrangements for employees;
  • Processing expenses and invoice sheets;
  • Monitor stationery supplies for the office;
  • Maintaining a computer and a manual filing system;
  • Coordinate the repair of office equipment;
  • Maintain an HR management team calendar;
  • Prepare monthly Employee Attandance reports;
  • Participate in the recruitment process such as: posting job advertisements, arranging resumes and job applications, scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process; ensuring background and reference checks are completed;
  • Prepare new employee files;
  • Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.);
  • Developing and updating administrative systems to be more efficient.
