Job Descriptions:
  • To update/maintain employee records (attendance) according to policy and legal requirements
  • To develop training and development programs
  • To review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Assist in performance management processes
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field, preferably Bachelor (S1)
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): communication, analytical thinking, adaptive, able to use Ms. Office (Excell, Word & Power Point).
  • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Have high stress tolerance.
