  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have good knowledge and experience about recuritment, Compensation & Benefit, Learning & Development, Industrial Relation, Health & Safety, and Community/corporate Social Resposibility.
  • Able to work under pressure and under minimum supervision, able to operate Microsoft Office Program & good communication skill in English & Bahasa.
  • Required Skill(s): Good analythical thinking, Detail oriented, High initiative, High accuracy
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
