Responsible for HR general including : Personalia, Industrial Relation, so it runs harmoniously and supports the growth of the organization.
 
Job Description :
·  To maintain the attendance of Head Office and Operations employees in the HRIS system according to the actual data.
·  Keep an eye on updating employee data in HRIS systems.
·  Perform data accuracy (actual vs. database in HRIS systems) consistently to maintain the accuracy of employee data.
·  Oversee the termination of employee employment agreement.
·  Create renewal of employee employment agreements based on recommendations from the Performance Appraisal and distribute them to employees on time.
·  Conduct interviews and process administrative completeness of employees who resigned or not renewed the term of his employment agreement with the Company.
·  Recapitulate HR data and reporting data to superiors.
·  Perform Reporting Labor to Manpower every once a year.
 
Qualification :
·  Maximum 30 years old
·  Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field from reputable university
·  Experience as HR Operation minimum 3 years, from logistic company will be advantage
·  Computer literate (Ms. Office, Excel formulation)
·  Placement at Head Office, RDTX Tower.
