QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Maximum 26 years old
  • Having and proven at least 2-3 years (minimal) experienced in similar role at HR payroll preferable at freight forwarding company
  • Minimum Diploma (DIII / S1) graduates, any majoring
  • Computer literate (MS. Word, MS. Excel, Power Point)
  • Familiar using outlook email, HR system, and BPJS system
  • Attractive outlook and good communication skill
  • Have knowledge of the Manpower Act specifically regarding compensation
  • Good personality, honest, able to work under pressure, self-motivated and result oriented, having a good team-work spirit
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Entering & update new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts, hand phone number,tax identification numbers) into HR system
  • Collecting daily, weekly or monthly absent from warehouse
  • Calculating overtime, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
  • Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
  • Monitor and update leave requests and balances
  • Register, update and calculate employee data for BPJS (health and employment)
  • Making and update employee contract
  • Purchasing all of office supplies for warehouse
  • Handling company vendors like building management, leasing company, government etc.
  • Assist for HR Supervisor duties
