Requirements : 
 
  • 20 - 28 Years Old
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HRM or equivalent
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience as a Recruiter
  • Responsible with full cycle of recruitment : Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Conduct the Psychological Test, make a Recruitment Report of new hire candidates and working to fulfill the MPP
  • Used to handle high demand vacant positions and like to work fast-paced working environment
  • Familiar with sourcing and approaching candidates through job websites, LinkedIn and social media
  • Advance in Ms. Office
  • Willing to be placed at Sunter, North Jakarta
