Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Perform end-to-end recruitment process, such as create job advertisement, shorlisting potential candidates, conduct preliminary interview, interviewing candidates, conduct psychological assessment and performing reference checks.
  • Making report about interview result and simple psychogram.
  • Work closely with user departement to fulfill their manpower needs.
  • Arrange employee induction and on boarding to new employees.
  • Support organizational and people development program
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Recruitment & Development field.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from Psychology or Human Resource Managemenet or Law.
  • Experienced in Mass Recruitment.
  • Experience in Head hunting would be an advantage.
  • Experienced with Psychological Assessment.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.
  • Have good knowledge of hiring laws.
  • Good in verbal and written communication skill.
