GENERAL INFORMATION :

JOB SUMMARY :
Provide wide range of HR services for employee, related to Recruitment and Organization Development activities
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITY :
  1. Support recruitment activity such as screening candidates, conduct first interview, scheduling for user interview and completing candidates data
  2. Support Organization Development activities such as prepare training schedule, maintain job description and competency database
  3. Process every payment related to Recruitment and Organization Development activities
  4. Responsible to prepare employee or company events : Gathering, independence day, Christmas etc.
  5. Provide employee service such as : HRIS troubleshoot, medical checkup arrangement, prepare employee ID card including new employee announcement
 
REQUIREMENTS :
  1. Candidate must possess minimum requirement Diploma Degree, preferably Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  2. Having at least 2 years experience in Recruitment / Organization Development area or as HR Generalist
  3. Familiar with HRIS
  4. Proactive and communicative, self-driven and able to work cooperatively
  5. Able to Join within 3 weeks
