Job Descriptions :
  1. Create, evaluate, and developing job analysis for all functions and divisions (ex : job description, job grading, organization structure). 
  2. Developing Standard Operations Procedure, Business Process, and Policy for all functions and divisions.
  3. Developing initiative in enhancing HR system.
  4. Accountable for supporting the development and implementation of HR initiative and system. 
  5. Providing counseling on policy and procedure.
Job Requirements :
  • Max. 35 years old. 
  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology with experience in Project Management, System and Policy, or Organization Development. 
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good understanding about SOP, WLA, Job Analysis, Organization Structure. 
  • Have competencies in Creative-Analytical Thinking, Effective Interactive Communication, Attention to Detail.
  • Placement, Kelapa Gading North Jakarta.
