JOB SUMMARY 
This position will be responsible in assisting HR Manager for directing the full spectrum of human resource and administration activities - formulation and implementation of policies and procedures, staff compensation and benefit, recruiting and retaining staff, coordinating training activities as well as motivating staff towards achieving the company’s objectives; regulatory and legal matters to ensure compliance; expatriate licenses, and company business licenses
  • Formulate and implement company’s policies and procedures
  • Responsible for screening, interviewing and recruiting staff
  • Responsible for expatriate management and formalities including expatriate administration
  • Responsible for manpower planning
  • Conduct first day orientation for new hires, maintain accurate and update personnel record
  • Process payroll, pay slips and monthly reports
  • Responsible for performance appraisal forms and summary for management review
  • Responsible for HRIS updates and maintenance
  • Conduct exit interviews, prepare annual staff budget and tax return
  • Assist for in-house and external training
  • Any other assignment as and when assigned by your direct superior
 
JOB SPECIFICATION 
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the similar fields where 3 years at a supervisory level
  • A Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed University (preferably in Law specialist)
  • Good understanding on manpower law, industrial policy and regulation
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both English & Bahasa
  • Proficient in computer and system literacy
