Job Description:
  • Driving a culture of team work and great performance in order to ensure the company’s continued growth.
  • Conduct recruitment and selection: Job vacancy posting, candidates sortlisting, selecting, dealing with a workforce-company needed.
  • Provides necessary training program such as: materials to employee handbooks, assists manager with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants.
  • Prepare and calculating all monthly salary and benefits’ source: attendance, overtime, salary slip, bonuses, leaves, and other varibles.
  • Conducting of calculating, payment, registration of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan and Inssurance.
  • Responsible to maintain and update standardized personnnel file documentation and database and yearly persoonal data change.
  • Conducting calculation and payment of periodic employee lunch.  
  • Monitoring and ensuring the activities of periodic performance appraisal is company’s need implemented.
  • Conducting employee resignation document and procedure.
  • Maintains and updating all recruitment, training, performance appraisal, salary and personnal database, records and documentation.
To be considered you will have the following qualifications and experience:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Computer skill including the ability to operate the computerized writing specifically for good Microsoft Excell is a must.
  • Honest,  trustworthy and possess the ability to multi-task in face paced, manage time and work strict deadlines.
  • Will be placed in Head Office, Menganti -  Surabaya.
