Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage agendas / appointment for every division
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc)
  • Create and update records & databases with personnel, financial & other data
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Arranging internal & external events
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
 
 
REQUIREMENT :
 
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Familiar with Market Place
  • Have experience to handle event
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (excel)
  • Good looking, energetic, dynamic, fast learner, and charismatic personality
  • Possess strong problem solving skills.
  • Placement at Bandung
